How we pick a Mystery shopper

Mystery shoppers are picked and briefed personally by phone or in a group for each assignment and because we only use web access all assignments are scheduled, completed and edited via our wed-based report on time.


Who can be a Mystery Shopper?

Any participant who like to shop and have the ability to meet assignment requirements.

We do all the work to obtain and train an anonymous participant to suit a certain role on a set day and perhaps a time also needs to be located. The Mystery shopper familiarise themselves with the questionnaire, Attending the sit completes the questionnaire on-line,
e-mailing it back with in a given time frame.


Rules Shoppers must know.

We count on shopper's assignments and as a result of that we look for a number of details.

  • Spend time reading the brief and questions.
  • Answer them with lots of vital comments. Writing a lot of comments when need be helps the client to understand where and what their staff are doing and if they know their product in some instance.
  • Be as observant as possible in what you see and hear be objective and writ complements when seeing fit. Don't be subjective. Remember this is about the client and his service not your personal opinion.
  • Under no circumstances should information be given to a third party and the person allocated for the job should not ask any other party to do it on their behalf.
  • All payments will be debated in a bank account at the end of each month. And all receipts must be sent to be paid
  • Payments are according to the type of assignments you have been allocated as we deal with the more exclusive clients eg Test-driving a Mercedes Bens.


Case Study

A client was quite pushed for time, as he needs results because a mystery shopper from another agency was not briefed and the report needs to be written up on time. He came to us the assignment was preformed in an orderly manner.
