Mystery Shopper Programs

Mystery shopping is a method used by businesses to correct customer service selling skills and evaluate product knowledge.

Advertising Testing

We recruit and screen respondents for a certain criteria. Rescreening is done on arrival and prospective ads are shown plus a self- completion questionnaire is completed and an analysis is formulated.

This determines the creative aspects and the brand strategy of the advertisement.


Street Intercept & Shopping Intercept

Shoppers are intercepted in public areas or shopping centres and interviewed via survey method. These intercepts are closely supervised so the information is correct and accurate.

This is great for targeting large amounts of participants in a short time span and is quite cost effective.


Telephone Surveys

Telephone surveys are conducted by experienced and confident interviewers who bring us correct and reliable data. This is also supervised to ensure all parts of the research are filled out, and endless effect is not wasted, then turned to word via data processing and analysed.
